Refund & Cancellation Policy

Since VFZ INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED also operates as a service provider, please note that NO REFUND or NO CANCELLATION will be entertained once the payment has been made for consultancy or other service-related activities due to the nature of the service.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order only under the following conditions:

• Option 1: An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, no cancellation request will be entertained.
• Option 2: Customers can cancel their order only before it has been shipped/dispatched. Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

However, returns are possible for all eligible products as per our return policy.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

VFZ INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be processed and shipped within 24 working hours. We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.

For areas covered by reputed courier services, delivery is usually completed within 3–4 business days after shipping.

For remote areas, products may be shipped through India Post or other authorized logistics partners, and delivery may take 7–10 business days, depending on the location.

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen logistics or operational challenges beyond our control. In such cases, we request our customers to kindly cooperate.

VFZ INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED also reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion in cases where:

• The delivery time exceeds reasonable limits, or
• The shipment becomes untraceable or undeliverable.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer’s original payment source.
